Developing a Bully Free Classroom/School

When bullying problems are disclosed in the school environment many teachers and principals are concerned that their intervention will be the safest way to resolve the issue for all.  International and national research in the Antibullying field has found that the safest and most effective way to address the issue of bullying in the school setting is the WHOLE SCHOOL APPROACH.

Through this frame, this innovative course will provide Principals and Teachers with the strategies that they have been searching for to understand and resolve bullying problems in the school setting. The keys to dealing with bullying behaviour in the school setting are simplicity and safety. This course will provide teachers with simple tools and strategies to raise awareness and understanding of bullying behaviours in the school setting, to implement preventative measures in order to reduce bullying behaviours in the school setting and to safely resolve bullying problems when disclosed.
