Post Grad Courses

Carrick on Shannon Education Centre has a long affiliation with Universities in the provision of their courses. In September  2011 we hope to increase opportunities for teachers to obtain both post graduate diplomas and Master's degrees. 

Post Graduate Courses September 2011 - June 2012

• Diploma as Gaeilge - An Dara Bhlian,  in conjunction with NUIG
• Masters in Professional Studies in Special Education Needs in conjunction with St Angela's College,  Sligo, Year 2
• University of Limerick  Graduate Diploma in Guidance Counselling - Year 1

Courses currently being organised

•  MA in PE starting in January 2012
• Masters in Leadership & Management in conjunction with Leeds  Metropolitan University.  (Information evening to be held in September).
