Who can participate?
All existing FÍS schools
Any school that wishes to submit a short film (Max. 5 min.)
So what do you do if you wish to participate?
- 1. Indicate your interest to Carrick on Shannon Education Centre (via e-mail)

stating that you will/may submit a film for FÍS 2010 & whether or not you may be interested in a support night.
- 2. Begin working on a short film (If there is sufficient interest expressed Carrick on Shannon Education Centre will organise a support evening for teachers or schools interested in participating).
- 3. The closing date for submitting films will be 25th June 2010. This year, schools will be asked to upload their films to a website. Full details and instructions will be available soon on www.fis.ie. If schools are interested in qualifying for the FIS Film, there are certain criteria to follow but all of this will be available on the site.
A Regional screening will be held in Carrick on Shannon to show and select FIS entries for the National FIS Film Festival in October/November 2010
