This two hour workshop provides you with the basic principles and tools like breathing, poses and relaxation to integrate them as short yoga breaks into your daily plan. You will learn simple yoga tools to promote your physical, mental, and emotional health
Materials - Participants will receive an e-copy of the manual (please bring your laptop with you) that covers
the following topics: Yoga Ed. learning principles, social emotional learning, brain based education, breathing, chair yoga poses, games, relaxation, and a resource guide.
Tailored to the academic environment, all yoga tool activities require no previous yoga experience,
extra equipment, or space. Yoga tools include breathing exercises, chair yoga postures, games, and relaxation.
