Students diagnosed with Dyspraxia find it exceptionally difficult to acquire the movement skills that are expected of them in everyday life. Students may have difficulty co-ordinating their movements, perceptions and thoughts. They exhibit difficulty with everyday tasks such as buttoning shirts and using a knife and fork, and may confuse left and right. Writing may also pose problematic. SNA support enables the pupil with dyspraxia to complete everyday tasks and academic work. This course will give an outline of how to support pupils with dyspraxia in the school and class setting.
