Bring coding to life in your classroom this term! Join our live online Scratch webinars where teachers and students can take part together during class time.

Halloween Webinar : Create spooky Scratch projects while learning the basics of coding and computational thinking.  

This fun, hands-on session is designed for both primary and post-primary classrooms, making it easy to introduce coding in an engaging way. Plus, students can enter themed Scratch competitions!

Learning Outcomes:

  • Participants will understand the basics of coding and computational thinking.
  • Participants will be able to use Scratch in the classroom. 
  • Integrate Scratch into the curriculum to support literacy and numeracy while students also learn problemsolving skills, collaboration skills etc.

Bio - Through the INFUSE, Investing in future Software Engineers, program at Ericsson Athlone, we are committed to investing in future software engineers. We have a range of initiatives that focus on creating enthusiasm around software engineering and supporting teachers in their introduction of computer science into the classroom.
