This dynamic, full-day, face-to-face workshop is designed specifically for primary school leaders - principals, deputy principals, APs - who want to explore the practical use of ChatGPT to support their day-to-day leadership and management tasks.

With practical opportunities throughout the day, participants will learn how to harness the power of AI to prepare key initiatives for the 2025–2026 academic year across two major focus areas:

1. Bí Cineálta Policy Development & Wellbeing Initiatives

• Create a Bí Cineálta Policy.
• Create a pupil-led Bí Cineálta Policy, both in written and visual formats.
• Develop a Wellbeing Walkway for your school in line with the new Department of Education inspection requirements.
• Design and analyse pupil, staff, and parent surveys to inform your school’s Bí Cineálta policy.

2. Primary Curriculum Framework & Planning Support

Get to grips with the Primary Curriculum Framework, with a focus on:

• Short-term planning with a focus on the New Maths Curriculum and related Oide resources.
• Creating new timetables aligned with updated time allocations.

No prior experience with AI is necessary – this course is practical, accessible, and focused on helping you save time, enhance planning, and support whole-school development through the smart use of ChatGPT.
