Bio - Michael Spillane: with 30 years in the fire service and at station officer level for the last 10 years involved in training, risk visits to schools, factories, hotels etc. JOIFF accredited in mechanical fire hydraulics, fire extinguisher specification and maintenance. Flashover recognition trained in Frankfort fire District Training Facility Fire warden instructor Fire Risk Assessor.
