Student Support Plan - Creating, Implementing and Assessing 

This webinar will: 

• Discuss how to create a Student Support Plan 
• Highlight what could be included in each plan and how that information can be used to inform Teaching and Learning
• Describe how to effectively implement a support plan in a mainstream and support class setting
• Explore methods of reviewing the Support Plan and how to use that information to further support students

Allison Cunnane is a Maths, Biology and Chemistry teacher with special interests in the area of Digital Technology, AEN and Wellbeing.  She has designed and delivered training in the area of Digital Technology and has co-authored the Nationwide Post Primary Wellbeing programme, 'Headstrong'.
