Target Audience - Principals

With so many advancements in technology, education and knowledge, you would think we would have personal and work wellbeing completely hacked. Yet it feels that wellbeing is more elusive than ever before. Let’s go back to the basics of what it means to live a life well lived. What does it look like, who can we learn from and how can we apply it to our lives? Using real world examples of people and organizations we look at how we can make life better for us and all around us. Learning Outcomes How can I make space for what matters inside and outside of work. How our personal wellbeing impacts on how we lead our teams. Understanding people follow what I do not what I say. Let’s look closer at what I do. We are human not Superhuman is the theme of the day.
