Supporting emotional well-being in schools requires more than just teaching emotions, it involves understanding how sensory regulation plays a critical role in self-awareness, attention, and emotional control. This training will help teachers and SNAs integrate sensory regulation strategies into existing school-based emotional curriculums to support students' ability to self-regulate, engage in learning, and develop emotional resilience. This evidence-based training bridges the gap between sensory and emotional development, providing educators with the tools to create a more inclusive, supportive, and emotionally aware classroom environment.

- Explore practical, classroom-friendly techniques to support self-regulation in all students, particularly those with additional needs (e.g., ADHD, autism, anxiety).
- Develop a toolkit of movement, breathing, and sensory-based activities to help children stay regulated and ready to learn.
