This face-to-face hub offers a safe space where professionals can come together to discuss neurodiversity informed practice in terms of connection, regulation, active engagement, meaningful skill building and accountability. Mental health and wellbeing are at the forefront of neurodiversity informed staff and Intensive interaction is at the heart of responsive caregiving practices. Roisin will share knowledge, resources and videos to highlight Intensive Interaction as a practical neurodiversity informed approach in creating environments which enable access to education. She will direct teachers on where to access training. Neurodiversity resources will be shared and discussed. We will aim to facilitate a meeting per term.
